The primary output material is a high quality product gas - syngas. The gas typically consists of round about (depending on input material) 50% hydrogen - H2, 25% carbon dioxide - CO2, 20% carbon monoxide - CO and 5% methane - CH4.
This gas has a calorific value (energy value) of 12 - 14 MJ/Nm3 and can be used in conventional gas motors, boilers, turbines etc. to generate electricity.
