12. Who will deliver the input material and in which condition will it be delivered to the Blue Tower?
This must be answered on a case by case basis. However, as a turn-key solution provider we are able to take just about any type and mix of waste. If necessary as with for example municiapl solid waste (MSW) we would install a pre-segregation system, which takes out all inert materials such as rocks, stones & construction dubree, glass and metals. Typically, the business model for a Blue Tower is to have a long term contract to receive a gate fee (or the cost avoidance of disposing of own waste) for the intake & clean disposal of the waste material and a long term contract for the sale of the energy or gas (again, alternatively an offset of own energy cost). Ususally the local municipalities are in charge of handling, thus delivering the waste and sewage input material.
